Privacy Policy

LookBridge is made by Iostek (Marco De Girolamo). For any privacy question, contact support@lookbridge.app.

Reading a recipe from a photo, previewing a look, and your saved recipes (“My Recipes”) all run locally on your iPhone or iPad. The photos you open in the reader or preview are processed on the device and are not uploaded to us.

If you sign in with Sign in with Apple, we receive a unique identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email. We use this only to authenticate you and to sync your data across your devices. You can use the app without an account.

When you sync or publish, the recipes you choose are stored in our cloud database so they are available on your devices and, if you publish, in the community catalog. Your public profile (display name, bio, links) is shown as the author of recipes you publish. Example photos you publish are downscaled and have their location (GPS) removed before upload; the full-resolution file never leaves your device. You can unpublish or delete your recipes at any time.

When you ask the AI coach to analyse a photo, the selected photo and a text prompt are sent to Anthropicto generate the shooting guidance. This happens only on your explicit action, for that one request. We don't send your photos to the AI in the background. The on-device estimate and the recipe reader do not use the cloud.

Payments and the one-time Pro unlock and AI credit packs are handled by Apple through the App Store. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made; we never see your payment card or billing details.

• Supabase — authentication, database and storage for sync and the community catalog.
• Anthropic — AI analysis of a photo you choose to send to the coach.

These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the features above.

No third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. No cross-app tracking. We don't sell your data.

On-device data lives until you delete it or remove the app. Synced and published data lives until you delete it (delete a recipe, unpublish, or sign out). To delete your account and all associated cloud data, email support@lookbridge.app and we'll remove it.

LookBridge is rated 4+ but is intended for a general photography audience. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your Anthropic key (if you use your own) is stored only in the device Keychain. Cloud access is protected by row-level security so you can only read and write your own data and content others have published.

We may update this policy as the app evolves. We'll change the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, surface a notice in the app.
